Principal Tamie R. Thompson and associate Leslie H. Lanne of Spaulding & Slye Colliers represented Brookwood in the lease negotiations. The 105,000 sf four-story office building, owned by Fifty Dunham Road LLC, is situated on a 52-acre site located near Route 128. The other tenant in the building is Infogrames.
Thompson notes that "This was a great move for Brookwood, which was seeking to expand its office space and to take advantage of today's soft market conditions."
