The renewal transactions included Digital Insight's 46,000-sf corporate headquarters office at 26025 Mureau Rd. at the Calabasas Commerce Center for eight years and an additional 52,000 sf at 5601 Lindero Canyon Rd. in Westlake Village for 74 months. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Arden's latest annual 10-K report shows the base rent at $18.33 per sf per year at the Calabasas Commerce Center and $17.75 per sf per year at the Lindero Canyon address.

Michael Siteman, Craig Cahow and Robert Chavez, all with the Staubach Co. in Los Angeles, represented the tenant. Los Angeles-based Arden was represented internally by Gary Cohen.

The Digital Insight space is in Arden's Calabasas Commerce Center, which is part of 1.5 million sf owned by the Los Angeles-based REIT in the 101 Technology Corridor. The Arden portfolio is about 93% occupied.
