Pinnacle, which is also based here, demolished an existing building to make way for the new class A structure, according to the company's CEO, Brian M. Stolar. JHA Mac is the general contractor for the project, which is nearing completion.

PNC Advisors, part of the PNC Financial Services Group Inc., will divide the building between two of its groups. The firm's advisory group, which provides financial management services, will occupy the first floor, while the company's brokerage unit will be located on the second floor. Altogether, PNC Advisors has some $49 billion in assets under management.

Pinnacle, mostly known as a residential developer with more than 3,000 units in its portfolio, has recently become more active in the office and retail markets in New Jersey and Connecticut.
