Jim McFadden of Grubb & Ellis in Anaheim tells GlobeSt.com that the company has consolidated operations at 8685 Bowers Ave. in South Gate from two other Southland locations--one of 60,000 sf elsewhere in South Gate and another of 72,000 sf in Montebello. McFadden, who represented Air Nail, says the company relocated at about the same time its leases expired at the two other locations.

Although Air Nail has leased the entire 200,100 sf of the building, McFadden tells GlobeSt.com that the company does not need all of the space and is marketing 50,000 of for sublease, with McFadden as the listing agent. The concrete block and steel building, built in the 1970s, includes about 5,000 sf of office space and serves as a western regional center for the Pennsylvania-based company.

Mike Hilton of Gateway Business Properties in Los Angeles represented the building owners, two private individuals from Los Angeles.
