In the first deal, private investor Joe Rossi acquired a 13.8-acre site from the Chapel of the Chimes at 2373 Napa Vallejo Highway, where he plans to construct build-to-suit industrial facilities. William Kampton of Colliers Seeley acted on behalf of both the buyer and the seller in this transaction.
In the other sale, Laboratory by Design Inc. bought 1.05 acres at Napa Valley Gateway and plans to develop a corporate headquarters there. Laboratory by Design is a laboratory-planning business that was founded in 1981, which provides fixtures for laboratories, including storage systems, countertops, fixtures and related laboratory products for educational, research and health care facilities throughout Northern and Central California and Northern Nevada. Kampton acted on behalf of the buyer in this deal. Lake Street Properties represented the seller, Napa Valley Gateway Limited.
