The Wolff Cos. inked the deal for the 8320 E. Hartford Dr. building with the seller, Perimeter Office Ownership of Phoenix. Wolff will move into the property later this summer once tenant improvements are completed, Jeff Wentworth, with Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. "Being a real estate company, purchasing a building made a lot of sense," said Wentworth, who negotiated the deal for the seller.
The company, which moved their corporate headquarters to Scottsdale from Spokane, WA, is currently renting about 3,500 sf in the Kierland area of Scottsdale, the buyer's broker, Andrew Tarico, with Airport Property Specialists tells GlobeSt.com. Tarico said the additional space will allow the firm to expand its operations in Phoenix.
