Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of the Anaheim Metro office of Voit represented both the seller and the buyer. Zehner notes that the 92%-occupied property attracted multiple offers.

The industrial and office park is composed of 50% industrial and 50% office space. The property has frontage on two major streets, Los Alamitos Boulevard and Cerritos Avenue. The are one- and two-story, concrete tilt-up buildings were constructed in the 1980s.

The buyer, Newport Beach-based Bayharbor Management Services, has a portfolio that includes several industrial properties in north and south Orange County. With this acquisition, the company has expanded its portfolio to include office property.
