"They've been happy with the landlord and everyone knows where they're located," Tyler Smith, with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial, tells GlobeSt.com of the firm's decision to remain at its present location near Oracle and River Roads in Tucson.

The two-story, garden-style office building, located at 4732 N. Oracle Road, is almost fully leased to smaller business tenants, said Smith, who negotiated the lease on behalf of the building owner, Oracle Office Park Associates LLC. Metropolitan Life, which will pay about $20 per sf for a total of $330,000 over the five-year term, was self-represented in the negotiations.
