Insignia/ESG's Lynn DeMarco, a director in the firm's Capital Advisors Group, and Matthew J. Saker, a director in the brokerage division, are heading the assignment. Insignia/ESG is marketing the sale of the property to investors and users, while also implementing a leasing campaign to fill the vacant building, according to Saker.
Targeted uses include training operations, laboratory space, data center operations, office space, light manufacturing and other flex uses, or a disaster recovery facility, according to Saker. Located near I-287, the facility's features include a 250-seat dining room, a 150-seat capacity conference area, a 15,000-sf mezzanine and a parking capacity of nearly 600 cars.
Insignia/ESG's New Jersey offices are in Saddle Brook, East Brunswick and Princeton.
