Engineering Planning and Management was represented by Jack Kerrigan, senior vice president and Mark Coelho, associate, both with Grubb & Ellis Co., while property owner Paradigm Properties was represented by Ethan Rice, an associate with Cushman and Wakefield, in the transaction.
"This was a tremendous opportunity for our client to move its expanded headquarters into a space that better-suited its growing needs," says Kerrigan, who notes that the 75,600-sf building is located in an "actively expanding business area" at the intersection of Routes 30 and 126, near the Massachusetts Turnpike. The building is also a 10-minute drive from Route 128 and 20 minutes from downtown Boston. It is situated on three acres of land and features an atrium lobby, parking, and two tailboard loading docks.
