While financial terms were not disclosed, published net lease rates at the building are $13.75 per sf, which would make the deal worth $4.6 million.

Trammell Crow Co. principal Peter Livaditis, SVP Paul Buckingham and senior associate Peter Beatrice represented Euclid Insurance Services, while Steve Kling of Grubb & Ellis represented Panattoni Development Co.

The Trammell Crow team also closed two smaller deals closer to the city.

Livaditis, Buckingham, and Beatrice represented Dunn Solutions Group in the company's renewal on 13,098 sf at 5550 W. Touhy Ave., Skokie. Barry Missner of The Missner Group Companies represented building ownership.

Lawson Software Inc. signed an 8,368-sf lease at Pointe O'Hare in Rosemont, relocating from Westchester. Dave Ven Horst of CB Richard Ellis represented Hines Interests.
