O'Neil Product Development, a designer and manufacturer of portable printers, has moved into its 22,500-sf building at 11 Cushing. The facility houses the company's corporate headquarters, which O'Neil relocated from within Irvine. The printer maker bought the property from Research Venture of Aventura, FL.
Southwest Dealer Services Inc. has moved into a 12,443-sf building at 18 Bunsen. The company, also relocating from within Irvine, is a distributor of vehicle security systems. It bought the building from Panattoni Development Co. of Sacramento.
