The development is taking shape at 3130-3140 Airway Ave., which is directly adjacent to the Orange County Airport at the intersection of Baker Street and Airway Avenue. The project will consist of office/industrial buildings ranging from 4,500 sf to 9,000 sf, with the buildings available for sale or for lease. Completion of the business park is scheduled for September.

Scott Read, Wade Tift and Bryon Ward of the Newport Beach office of Grubb & Ellis are the listing agents for the project, which joins a number of office and industrial developments either planned, under way or recently completed in Orange County that are targeting the small-user market. It is the latest in a series of local projects for Costa Mesa-based Net Development, which was founded in 1981 and executes all aspects of the design and development on its projects.
