The signing was arranged by Leonard T. Miller, Jr. and Marc Graham of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, East Rutherford, who are continuing to market the 77,000 sf still available. The facility includes 30,000 sf of office space and recently received more than $4 million in technology-related improvements.
"GiftCertificates.com invested extraordinary resources in communication capabilities, power and security for 190 Jony Drive," according to Miller. "The remaining space in the building provides an opportunity for an Internet/data-oriented production facility or call center."
Located in Wilson Associates Gotham Industrial Park, the asset is situated just north of the Meadowlands Sports Complex.
