As per CB Richard Ellis' Law Firm Practice Group, which represented the tenant in the transaction, Powell Goldstein's 10-year lease agreement carries a $39 million value. Building construction is scheduled for completion next summer, and Powell Goldstein expects to make its relocation from Pennsylvania Ave. into its new digs in November.
