The firm signed a seven-year lease, Ace Schlameus with theHouston office of Grubb & Ellis Co. tells GlobeSt.com. He andJay Kyle, also with G&E's Houston team represented the tenantas well as the building owner, Zenith Real Estate, in the leasenegotiations. The sleep clinic operator's site selection was basedon the building's proximity to the hospital in Westchase, Schlameussays. The 72,9745-sf, class B building is now 80% leased. Thequoted rate is $15.50 per sf.

Grubb & Ellis secured the Zenith assignment about a yearago. The 15-building portfolio is located in Westchase and othersuburban addresses in the near southwest submarket, the Woodlandsand Champions/FM 1960 area.
