Altec Industries of Dixon, CA will pay building owner, Bixby Maricopa LLC of Phoenix, about $110,000 for industrial space at 2024 S. 16th Ave. in a deal that also gives the tenant 1.5 acres of yard storage. "They had a unique requirement because they needed a small building with a large yard," Gary Anderson with Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial, tells GlobeSt.com. "This property was one of the few locations that would work for them." The company, which leases and maintains equipment such as cherry pickers and other utility trucks, moved into the property earlier this week, he said.

Anderson along with Marc Hetzberg and Steve Mardian, also with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial, negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. The building owner was represented by Alan Lowe with Lee & Associates.
