Marcus & Millichap declined to disclose the names of buyer and seller to GlobeSt.com. But the parties' identities were confirmed to GlobeSt.com by Real Capital Analytics and Orange County real estate tax records. Apopka Regional Center LLC lists its Garden City address as the law offices of Finkle, Ross & Rost LLP.
The center is anchored by a 29,000-sf Kash 'N Karry and a 26,421-sf Big Lots. Other tenants are Beall's Outlet, KnK Liquor Store, Goodwill, Eckerds, Payless Shoes, GNC and Sally Beauty Supply.
