The property, owned by Persiconi Construction, was chosen for its closeproximity to numerous school districts, of which Experiencia is a supplier.Grubb & Ellis team members Randall Allman and Edward Wujek represented boththe owner and the tenant in this transaction.
The company also leased 2,500-sf of office space in Brownstown, MI to All SportTherapy, LLC.The property, owned by Benedetto Dimilia, was chosen for its closeproximity to the company's existing clients.
Brownstown has recently shown a large increase in residential/commercialactivity, and this business recognized the area as a good place to expand,said Grubb & Ellis officials.Allman and Brandon Podolski represented both the owner and the tenant inthis transaction.
