Campbell, who takes home his second major award this year, was one of seven businessmen honored with the title for their work in a variety of businesses in the Orange County/Inland Empire and Arizona regions. The awards were based on the growth patterns and business profiles of each company, in addition to the finalists' personal success stories, community involvement and management skills.

In May, Campbell was honored with the UCI Real Estate Management Program's 2003 Lifetime Achievement award for excellence in the field of real estate business services. Since its establishment in 1994, CT Realty Corp. has completed more than 120 transactions, totaling more than $1 billion, in acquisitions, sales, development and redevelopment. In addition, the company provides development financing through strategic partnerships with developers in California.

CT typically acquires assets at values below replacement costs and looks for value-add plays. Its portfolio includes industrial, suburban office, multifamily and self-storage properties primarily in the purchase range of $5 million to $75 million.
