DuBrowa and Afshar, both based in the Downtown Los Angeles office of Colliers, both have extensive experience in the multifamily investment market and have also brokered a variety of other commercial real estate deals. Both move to Colliers from Grubb & Ellis Co.

DuBrowa has spent the past 27 years involved in the sales, marketing and management of investment-grade commercial real estate. Besides Grubb & Ellis, he also served in senior capacities at Sperry Van Ness, Bruin Associates and several other commercial real estate investment firms. Afshar, with more then 19 years of experience in investment sales of commercial real estate, also held similar senior positions with Charles Dunn Co. and Security Investments. The Colliers Southern California Investment Services Group now numbers 15, up from three in the past three years.
