Prior to joining Kramont, Moss was director of leasing and lead assetmanager for the 120-property portfolio of Wilmington-based Stoltz Management ofDelaware, Inc. In his new post at Kramont he will oversee the leasingdepartment and focus on overall portfolio occupancy and increasing rental income forthe firm's 91 properties, which encompass approximately 11.6 million sf in 15states.
Louis P. Meshon Sr., Kramont's president and CEO, cited Moss's backgroundand "passion for our centers" as making him "an excellent choice to lead ourleasing team."
Meanwhile, Forbes Small Business magazine ranked Kramont the 29th fastestgrowing small company in America and first among equity and shopping centerREITs on the FSB One Hundred list, published in the magazine's July/August issue.
