The transaction was arranged for the tenant by Robert Bull, senior managing director in the Edison, NJ office of Studley. Brandywine Operating Partnership was represented in-house in the negotiations by Howard Ziff. No further details of the transaction were released.
"Staying at this address made sense for StatementOne in that the building could accommodate its need for additional space and the owner was willing to accept the shorter renewal term," according to Bull. "This will allow for growth without the cost and disruption of a relocation."
Other tenants at 1009 Lenox Dr. include Navigant Consulting and the Uniform Code Council Inc. The asset is located in the Princeton submarket.
