Ian Britton of the Anaheim office of CB Richard Ellis Inc. tells GlobeSt.com that the new facility will serve as the headquarters for Allied, which is a manufacturer, distributor and installer of modular office buildings, cleanrooms, guard houses and other products.
Britton and Brad Bierbaum, also of the Anaheim office of CB Richard Ellis, represented Allied. The seller was represented by Derek Tobiassen Collins Commercial in Irvine.
Britton says Allied expects to move into its new headquarters in September, after the completion of tenant improvements. The company will be moving out of approximately 20,000 sf of rented space in Anaheim. The new Allied facility is a concrete tilt-up building that has about 4,000 sf of mezzanine office space, but will have about 8,000 sf of mezzanine when tenant improvements are finished.
