Meanwhile, Marcus & Millichap's Dan Dulin brokered the $535,000 sale of the Villa Pacifica. The boutique property was sold by Dr. Mikol Davis of San Francisco to Dietra Fazzino of Hoffman Estates, IL. Dulin stood in for the seller, while Fazzino was represented by Century 21. The complex is located at 4207 N. 27th St.
