Hendricks Sells Two Michigan Apartments for About $3.5M

DETROIT-The sale involved 56 units in Monroe, MI, and 80 units in Grand Rapids; both properties were bought by Michigan-based investors.

The transaction, which included the assumption of existing debt, wasnegotiated by Jeff Blanton of Hendricks.

Kevin Dillon of the company negotiated the sale of Hillcrest Homes, locatedat 875 Sheffield Road in Grand Rapids. The 80-unit apartment community wassold for about $1.5 million.The seller was Hillcrest Homes Limited Dividend Housing Association ofSouthfield.The buyer was MHT Housing Inc. of Southfield, MI.
