David Brakesman of the Newport Beach office of Grubb & Ellis tells GlobeSt.com that Orange Courier, an on-call service, now has a direct lease with the building owner after subleasing for four years from Bravo, a skate manufacturer. Brakesman and Wade Tift, also of the Newport Beach office of Grubb & Ellis, represented the tenant. Jeff Chiate in the Irvine office of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. and David Hess of C&W's Downtown Los Angeles office bargained for the building owner, Harbor/DL Associates of Los Angeles.
Brakesman says the Orange Courier's direct lease will begin Dec. 1 at the expiration of the sublease. The building is a freestanding structure on the corner of Harbor Boulevard and Warner Avenue with about 20,000 sf of two-story office space.
