Mark Gleason in the Anaheim office of Grubb & Ellis Co. tells GlobeSt.com that Angels Hair has already moved into its portion of the single-story, concrete tilt-up facility at 12866 Ann St. The company relocated from 11,880 sf of leased space elsewhere in Santa Fe Springs.

Gleason and Steve Sprenger, also with Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office, represented the tenant. The building owner, Big Game Investors of Whittier, was represented by Mike Krotz of Fremont Properties in Torrance and John Bode of Inco Commercial in La Mirada. The new production space is in a 130,522-sf, freestanding building that is 100% leased now that the wig maker has moved into the building, which features some mezzanine office space for the new tenant.
