"We helped ESI take advantage of current market conditions toexercise their lease termination options and relocate in a trophybuilding, while reducing occupancy costs by approximately 10 to15%," says Rich Rhodes of Cresa Partners. Rhodes and Cresacolleague Tom Birnbach represented ESI in the deal. One of ESI'sneighbors will be Nixon & Vanderhye PC, which has committed tonearly 51,600 sf of space in the building.
