Most recently, he represented the law firm Rafferty, Hart, Stolzenberg, Gelles & Tenenholtz PA in its relocation to 1401 Brickell Ave. here. Goodman's office space services include comparing relocation to renewals and examining lease restructuring options.
Before he joined CRESA Partners, Goodman was a senior financial analyst for WorldStar Resorts. Prior to that he provided consulting and due diligence at KPMG for major corporate clients such as Burger King, Universal Studios and Starwood Capital.
