Reckson Associates is the owner of 119 Cherry Hill Rd., a 96,000-sf, three-story office building that's part of a two-building, 189,000-sf campus-style business complex. The asset recently underwent a major lobby renovation, according to Reckson senior vice president Todd Rechler. The Melville, NY-based Reckson maintains a New Jersey office in Short Hills.
GVA Williams' upgraded space will include an expanded research area and new conference facilities, along with a new "team room," according to company president David Simson. When the fit-out of the space is completed in September, it will accommodate the company's existing staff of 40, as well as new hires coming on board.
