"By relocating from Broadview to the East/West Corridor, the Management Association was able to take advantage of current soft office market conditions," says Julien J. While terms were not disclosed, published net lease rates at Duke Realty Trust's building at 1400 Opus Pl. start at $13.75 per sf.
Senior managing director Geoff Kasselman and associate Kevin Moore teamed with Chase to represent the 800-member not-for-profit employers' association. Duke Realty Trust's Ryan O'Leary handled negotiations for the Indianapolis-based REIT.
