Kelly, who had previously served as BOMA vice president and whose tenure in his new year-long presidential position will conclude at the end of June 2004, steps into the shoes of outgoing chairman/president Larry F. Soehren. "BOMA International has had many accomplishments in the past year and I look forward to building upon the strong platform that is in place," Kelly says of his appointment. Having been a member of BOMA since 1976 and a player in the industry for even longer, Kelly brings with him a string of accomplishments. In the past, he has served as chairman on BOMA's Federation Agreement Task Force, Product Review Committee, and Preparedness Task Force.
