Situated on a site of just under six acres, the facility is located near Exit 4 of the New Jersey Turnpike.
The second asset is an 84,000 sf facility located three-and-a-half acres at 7890 Airport Highway in Pennsauken, Camden County, NJ. It has some 37,500 sf for lease, including 25,000 sf of office space and a 12,500-sf production area, according to Shreibman.
