And the two firms are looking for some very large users to occupy the space, given the fact that it's being advertised as divisible to 160,000 sf. The asset is currently vacant and available in its entirety.
"This facility sits in one of New Jersey's prime industrial hubs," explains Robert Dinner, a principal in Newmark New Jersey's Woodbridge office. Dinner is heading up the marketing effort with fellow principal Daniel Frankel.
"The space is suited for users looking for flexible warehouse, distribution and/or assembly space," Dinner continues. "The rental rates are attractive, and the facility is available for immediate occupancy. We expect the demand to be strong for this facility."
As far as the particulars, 23 Mack Dr. is located near I-287, the New Jersey Turnpike and several other major routes in Central New Jersey's Middlesex County. It includes a total of 15,000 sf of office space, and the industrial space features clear ceiling heights of up to 24 feet. Corporate neighbors include Electrolux, A & P Supermarkets, the US Postal Service and Domain Furniture.
