Located on a nearly three-acre plot just a few miles from the popular Tysons Corner Center retail destination, the 66,000-sf brick hotel features a breakfast area, exercise center and a laundry room. TCVA plans to make significant improvements to the building, which was developed in 1984. Acquisition of the extended-stay facility came as part of a multi-million-dollar hotel portfolio deal in which 14 properties were traded from Starwood Hotels & Resorts to a partnership involving three real estate companies.
