Career Success Schools has sealed a $412,567, four-year sublease on 7,035 sf at 301 W. Roosevelt St. in Phoenix, taking over space formerly occupied by a charter school once operated by the Phoenix Birthing Project Inc. The former school, which closed this year, will still maintain offices in the remainder of the 9,500-sf, single-story building, Laura Becker with DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com.
Becker said the fact that the building had previously been used as a charter school made for an easy move-in for the new tenant. "It's already up to charter school codes and zoning so everything was all set," said Becker, who represented both parties in the lease negotiations.
Career Success Schools, which operates several educational facilities throughout the Valley, is presently in the process of moving into its new, central location facility. It will open in August, she said.
