Kevin Kennedy in the Boston office of Insignia/ESG represented the tenant in the 10-year-lease transaction. Property owner Paradigm Properties, which jointly owns the 20-story building with Washington DC-based Carlyle Group, was represented by Spaulding and Slye Colliers.

The multi-tenant, red-roofed brick office building has 271,000 sf and is located in the city's financial district. The building, completed in 1985, features a five-story atrium lobby and was renovated by Paradigm Properties. It has lately seen a flurry of leasing activities as four firms--Philip W. Johnston Associates, Transworld Systems, Shepherd Law Group, and Plymouth Rock--signed recent leases for space in the building. The building is now nearly fully leased and among its other major tenants are AIG, Northwest Airlines Inc., Deutsch Williams, ADECCO Employment and Trigen Energy Boston Corp.
