Lipp, who has more than 20 years experience in real estate brokerage, development and acquisitions, was a senior vice president with Grubb & Ellis Inc. in South Florida for the last 12 years.
In his new position, he will continue to serve his client base, which includes Wal-Mart, Marriott, McDonald's and several other regional and national developers and retailers.
