Madison Business Park Asset Sells for $80 Per SF

WILLOWBROOK, IL-Principal Financial Group sells the new precast industrial building at 7133 Monroe St., one of eight in the development near the I-55 and Illinois 83 interchange, to Parzo LLC for $1.36 million.

Property records indicate Parzo LLC bought the building with a $1.088-million mortgage from Leaders Bank.

Madison Business Park includes eight buildings, ranging from 10,700 sf to 50,000 sf. Morgan/Harbour Construction is general contractor for the project designed by Cornerstone Architects.

Morgan Realty Partners senior vice president Bill Waliewski represented Principal Financial Group while Brian Butler of The Butler Group represented Parzo LLC.
