Steve Schloemeer of the Anaheim office of Colliers Seeley tells GlobeSt.com that Asset Data moved from 13,000 sf at 2351 Cape Cod Way in Santa Ana to 30,600 sf of industrial space at 1101 S. Linwood Ave. in a five-year, $1.1-million lease. Schloemer and Casey Immel, also of the Colliers Seeley Anaheim office, represented both Asset Data Direct and the building owner, a private investor based in Los Angeles. Asset Data's new location is a free-standing, concrete tilt-up structure that was built in 1972.
Fusion Partners Inc., a marketer of products for skateboarding, snowboarding, surfing and other sports, has moved into 42,000 sf at 2970 Airway Ave. in a short-term, $500,000 sublease. Schloemer says Fusion occupied about 25,000 sf at its former facilities at 1660 Placentia Ave. in Costa Mesa.
Schloemer and Immel represented Fusion Partners, with the sub-landlord, Chart Industries, represented by Dave Desper and Nick Spatafore of CB Richard Ellis Inc. in Newport Beach. Fusion took over a free-standing, concrete tilt-up building completed in 1978.
