"We have experienced a high demand for flex space in our parks surrounding BWI Airport," notes company CEO Edward A. St. John. "We anticipate seeing that same demand--from a mix of high-tech and professional service firms--at BWI Technology Park. Already, the park's first flex structure has secured three tenants accounting for more than 20% of its 72,000 sf. Upon completion, BWI Technology Park, which is MIE's sixth business park in the Baltimore-Washington International Airport area, will offer 600,000 sf in office, flex, and warehouse space.
