Dore Achievement Centers of Louisville inked the five-year lease with building owner, Biltmore Camelback I LLC of Phoenix to take nearly a full floor of space in the 10-story, class A office building with an option to lease additional space for expansion, Gordon Raguse, senior vice president with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial tells GlobeSt.com."They liked the central location, the availability of underground parking and the image of Scottsdale," Raguse said of the property located adjacent to the Scottsdale Fashion Center.

Dore, which moved into the 90%-occupied building July 1, will pay $23.50 per sf net for the space under the terms of the agreement. The firm will share its address with several small businesses, including a software firm, stockbroker and legal practice.

Raguse along with Tyler Smith, also with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial, negotiated the transaction for the building owner. The tenant was represented by Herb Prince with Linclay Management from Morrison, CO. Dore Achievement Centers also operates centers in its headquarters city, Wellesley, MA, Schaumburg, IL, and Fort Worth.
