Paul Krikorian of the Dunn Co.'s West Los Angeles office represented the buyer, with Albert R. Shilton and Tanel Harunzade, also at Dunn's West Los Angeles office, negotiating for the seller, Burlington Management LLC, which had owned the property for more than three years.
The complex is a 26-unit, six-story apartment building that comprises 30,319 sf. Of that, 6,000 sf is retail space. The apartment portion includes 13 singles and 13 one-bedroom apartments. The units average 935 sf, with the singles renting for $463 to $750 per month and the one-bedrooms renting for $360 to $695. The brick building, which was constructed in 1913 is situated in the Westlake section west of Downtown Los Angeles, not far from MacArthur Park.
