The Tiarna brokerage team of Paulette Toumazos, Angie Weber and Jennifer Donaldson, all in the Sherman Oaks office, has begun marketing the 88%-leased, 526,427-sf portfolio for the Moss Group, a family-owned real estate investment and development company founded by George Moss. He says he chose Tiarna on the basis of previous leasing deals he's done through the company.
Tiarna, which is a Gaelic word for landlord, represents owners in property management, brokerage and consulting in the Western US. The Moss Group listing is the latest in a series of large new assignments that three-year-old Tiarna has landed this year. Earlier, the firm picked up four management and leasing assignments that pushed its total contracts to more than five million sf. With the addition of the Moss Group listings, Tiarna's portfolio of management and brokerage accounts exceeds 5.5 million sf.
