The deal was coordinated by Jeff Dinsmore, senior vice president of leasing at Finard & Co. LLC, a Burlington-based real estate services firm. "We were successful in purchasing the Ames lease through the bankruptcy court and fortunate to complete a deal with Kohl's to retenant the space," says Dinsmore. "Kohl's is a very strong retailer nationally and will be a great addition to Saugus Plaza." Kohl's is headquartered in Menomonee Falls, WI and has opened nearly 200 stores since January 2000. The firm recently entered the New England region.

Other tenants at the 198,063 sf Saugus Plaza include Wild Oats Market, Decathlon Sports, Brooks Pharmacy, Sovereign Bank, KB Toy Works and Dots.
