Jon Silberman of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial represented Management Alliance in the lease negotiations. He tells GlobeSt.com that his client signed a medium-term lease for its address of the last seven years. Mike Hackett of PM Realty Group in Houston represented the building owner, Lennar Corp.
The 115,000-sf, class B building is located near Westheimer Road just east of the Sam Houston Tollway. Silberman says the personnel firm looked at the available product in the immediate area, but the building owner came up with such a good deal that there was "no compelling reason to move." Management Alliance didn't want to disrupt its business flow with a move, he explains. The firm consolidated some small offices in the Houston area under the one roof with the added space, where the per sf quoted rate is $15.
