Friedman Real Estate Group of Farmington Hills recently completed the saleof 1.25 acres at the corner of Michigan Avenue and I-94 in Ypsilanti, MI.
Wendy's/Tim Horton's purchased the property for a new "combination unit"location. Friedman's Barry Landau and David Lord represented the seller,Ypsi Free Methodist Church in this $600,000 sale transaction.
The 1.25-acre parcel was a section of a larger 21-acre parcel that iscurrently offered for sale by the Ypsi Free Methodist Church. Eight acresremain available following another partial sale of 12 acres to Ford MotorCompany for its daycare facility.
Signature Associates-ONCOR International has negotiated the sale of the26,208-sf manufacturing/warehouse building located at 1428 E. Ellsworth Roadin Ann Arbor to Cayman Chemical, a biotech research and development company.Jay Chavey and Jim Harrigan of Signature brokered the deal on behalf ofThomas and Lois Hamilton, who owned the building.
