On the sales side, the larger deals include International Sea & Air's acquisition of a 54,377-sf manufacturing and warehouse facility in East Brunswick, NJ from Zam Associates. SGR's Robert Bowman and Jonathan Glick arranged the transaction. Also, a local investor sold a 25-acre piece of land in Brick, NJ to Edgewood Properties, with SGR's Al Mirabella repping the seller.

Also in Brick, NJ, Jam Realty sold 5 Shirley Ave. to Water Tower Management. SGR's Glick and Bowman did the deal, along with Gramercy Realty as outside broker.

On the leasing side, Green Grass International, a furniture company, took just under 51,000 sf of warehouse space at 125 Jackson Ave. in Edison, NJ. Glick and Bowman are exclusive leasing agents for the property, and SBWE was the outside.

In East Brunswick, NJ, meanwhile, Studio Molding renewed for 21,600 sf at 11 Edgeboro Rd., with SGR's Glick and Robert Bauman, along with outside broker SBWE, completing the transaction. And in Piscataway, NJ, Central Moving Systems signed a sublease for 20,675 sf at 100 New England Ave. Glick and Bowman are exclusive agents for the property, and Newmark Real Estate of NJ represented the tenant.
