Sentara Healthcare Hones in on 40,000 SF at Crossways I

CHESAPEAKE, VA-The 137,000-sf Crossways I office property welcomes a new tenant with Sentara Healthcare's recent commitment to 40,000 sf of space under a 10-year lease agreement.

Located in the Hampton Roads submarket, Crossways I was built in 1988, and KB Realty's Phillip Diment tells GlobeSt.com that "the property was acquired by the investor in 1998." Sentara's neighbors in the building, which carries the address of 1441 Crossways Blvd., will include the Coast Guard Finance Center and the Coast Guard Security Center. Other tenants in the sprawling, two million-sf business park include Cox Communications, Harris Publishing and Towers Perrin.
